OUR CURED HAMS
For our whole cured hams we work only with thighs from certified pigs bred in compliance with regulations, with the right salting and without any additives.
Parma Ham. A healthy and genuine product, one of the most famous Made in Italy products in the world. In our curing facility in Langhirano (PR) and Sala Baganza (PR) we do not produce just any cured ham, but the original Parma Ham with Protected Designation of Origin.
San Daniele ham, an Italian excellence cured ham with a centuries-old tradition. In our plant in Via Gemona in San Daniele del Friuli (UD) we season our Prosciutto San Daniele PDO., respecting the strict production regulations of the Consortium of San Daniele and applying the passion that has distinguished us for 60 years.
We carefully select and salt the best Italian pork legs, bred with natural ingredients and cured without preservatives. The result is a tasty, tender and safe raw meat, because we control the entire supply chain with the Martelli guarantee.
