In the Mantova and Parma area, meat culture is a tradition deeply rooted in the land. Sixty years ago, our family was called to farmyards throughout the province due to its expertise in slaughtering pigs. The eyes, heart and hands of our great-grandfather Geminiano Martelli and his sons Antonio, Mario, Marino, Redento and Ulderico represented the excellent rural tradition: they identified the best cuts of meat hidden within raw materials and brought them to light with their knowledge and expertise typical of those bygone days. Today, we still have the same spirit: we are passionate artisans, who select Italian high-quality raw materials in order to extract only the best.
