This way the meat keeps all its organoleptic properties intact. The addition of Parmigiano Reggiano cream gives a characteristic note, enhancing the properties of both products. Contains 4% of Parmigiano Reggiano. Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is added as a cream to allow it to be absorbed into the meat. No gluten, polyphosphates, starch or soy.
