SLICED COOKED HAM

This presliced High-Quality Cooked Ham is distinguished by its delicate and fragrant taste. It is obtained from thighs coming only from carefully selected slaughterhouses. Each leg is chosen for its large size, combined with a low layer of fat. Our sliced cooked ham belongs to the category of high-quality cooked hams and is distinguished by a low percentage of moisture and a high protein content.

This is possible only thanks to the low syringing and long cooking at high temperatures. In fact, it is steamed and the ham takes almost 24 hours to gently reach 69°C at the heart. All this results in a high weight loss during cooking, that is, a decrease in humidity. The slice is therefore drier but very compact. The effect is not “dry”, on the contrary, the typical aromas and the classic taste of the product are exalted. The slice melts in the mouth, eliminating any “plastic” effect.
